Referral & Partnership Opportunities
Referral pathways are established through partner organizations to ensure appropriate program fit and coordinated care. Organizations interested in partnership or referral collaboration are encouraged to connect with our team.
We accept referrals from:
- Housing authorities and resident services teams
- Continuum of Care and homelessness response partners
- Re-entry and justice-involved service providers
- Healthcare and behavioral health professionals
- Workforce development agencies
All referrals are reviewed to assess program readiness and alignment with Maya House’s structured transitional model. At this time, Maya House does not accept direct self-referrals.
